The date of June 12th 2015 is a pleasant whether day, Liaoning Zhongli Photoelectric New Material Co. Ltd. (short as Liaoning Material Company) started the foundation ceremony with the performance of firecrackers and musical play. Several leaders from the localgovernment and Zhongli company attended the grand event.
At 9:18 AM, Mr. Guan Jinghua, the host and executive deputy general manager of Liaoning Cable Company, announced the beginning of ceremony. The general manager of Zhonglian Company Mr. Feng Jianxin delivered a speech, making a brief introduction about the project, placing high expectation on future development and showing great thanks to the concerns as well as supports from leaders. Then Mr. Wang from local government addressed to celebrate the construction of new plant. At last director Mr. Wang declared the start of foundation with the sounds from firecrackers and excavators.
Liaoning Material Company located in northern part is one of the Zhonglian’s production bases. The project covers an area about 140 acres with a building area around 47,000 m2, mainly manufacturing plastic compounds for wire & cable, which including flame-retardant PVC, LSZH compound and cross linked PE compound. Apart from delivering materials to Liaoning Cable Company, it also aimed at providing good products to northeast areas. The new plant is expected to complete construction in the same year. The annual capacity is able to achieve 100,000 tons and realize 1,000,000,000 RMB for annual sales.
